  It is Chicago, if the dog would have had a gun it would have shot the lady but it did not so it used its teeth. The dog was just running to the police to tell them how the lady fell down and got cut up by her sharp fingernails; that was the dogs story and dead ladies tell no tale. Somebody call DLM and Al Sharpton.
