Things you can trip across - Deported Veterans

Anyone but me not know about U.S. military veterans who have been deported to Mexico? Not just one or two, hundreds maybe more.

These guys served in the military, honorably discharged but later committed a crime, weren't citizens of the U.S. so, deported.

Guess who had the Documentary, RT (Russia Television). The documentary shows congressmen visiting the Vets and passed out pardons issued by California and signed by Jerry Brown.

The U.S. has sanctuary cities for illegal aliens but keeps out Ex_military. Strange.

    Same here.

    There are opportunities afforded, while on active duty, for soldiers to pursue citizenship...for free, IIRC.

    To not take advantage seems foolish.

    They should have taken the easy step and become and American Citizen. Since they chose not to before committing a crime they were deported.

    I appreciate their service but that is not an excuse for not following the law.

    Yep, and in addition they could have chose to NOT commit a crime.

    They had a chance to become a citizen.




    Now if we did that with all the aliens in this country we would be making true progress.
