kansas justice ...NOT

william howard baker of gt bend kansas was pulling a trailer on Aug 16 2014 when it came off the hitch and killed a father and mother on motorcycles going thru gt bend..their 2 young kids on another motorcycle close behind watched this happen.....no safety chains and other issues....NOW sept 24, 2018....OVER 4 YEARS LATER.... he will not be prosecuted because he has terminal cancer and taking meds may impair his defense ...BULL SHOT....JUSTICE DENIED

    In today's world the TRAILER would have been at fault. Intimate items can kill.

    two counts of involuntary manslaughter and 4 other citations...and he gets a walk....no trial...feeling low today ...welll JUST GO HOME !!!!!
    FKN judges should be horsewhipped....one parent late 20's other early 30's...with granpop and 5 and 7 year old riding behind...see mommy and daddy DIE.....

    it seems to me more are let go or short sentences if at all
    JMHO like they have been directed to avoid all the cost of housing, feeding, medical, lawyer support and so on of someone placed in prison
    which are overcrowded underfunded and staffed now to meet the needs [:(!]

    Carr bros of wichita ks...tortured and killed 4 college kids and one woman....got the meaningless DEATH sentence in KANSAS...played jailhouse lawyer for 16 (SIXTEEN) years till the state SUPREME STUPIDS vacated their death sentence...they are laughing there azzes off ..NO JUSTICE IN KANSAS..ya want someone DEAD come here and get away with it

    I lost a trailer once. The Walmart/Chinese trailer ball borrowed from my brother sheared off. If it hadn't been for the pair of safety chains it could have been a real mess. I would never ever think of going across town with no chains.

    I'm sorry this man has cancer, but he needs to answer for his irresponsible actions that took two lives, and ruined many others.
