100 years old...

Almost the end of the year and I nearly forgot that my Luger is 100 years old this year. A 1918 stamped DWM with "police modification" to safety and stamped Wolfsburg PD in German. This is a replacement for the first 1918 DWM given to me by my mother in 1976 for my 21st birthday. It was stolen in 1985.

  Luger design allows firing the gun when partially disassembled. The pistols sent to PDs had an extra piece added to prevent this.
