    Wife has a Bichon terrier mix, if you poke him in the eye he will turn the other eye toward you, he has NEVER even tried to nip in defense.

    Won't even play fight with a human.

    Actually, I was surprised Chesapeakes werent on the sporting dogs list of rascals. When I kenneled dogs I hated to see one come.

    one of dogs we have ( 5 total all assorted breads ) could be be his twin . I have always had a fondness for German Shepard's Buddy will be 12 in a week but sadly we will have to put him down soon several health issues have just taken there toll [V]
    he was 135 pounds and scary as all get out when he barked in his prime but the biggest baby we have had when it comes to dogs . wife calls him her gentle giant [^]

    we have always had a love for German Shepherds. the one by the stove (kimber) is number 8 for us
    Sadie (under the chair) is 8 now and starting to have hip problems
