I won a auction for 10 bottles of Hoppe"s ( well two are gunslick same stuff looks like 6 still in the original boxes arrived today

I will guess most have to be pre 1960 *a couple even older nothing great but I thought a fun find , a lot stronger chemical smell than the new bottles I have fermented ?
one box has a price tag of 49 cents
I doubt if I ever use it but with the old labels and boxes look neat

( oh just under 3.00 a bottle with shipping the shipping what made it so costly [:(] )

    They might have banned some of the chemicals in there for being toxic.

    got a pint of the Hoppes barely used ..LOTS better than that remington clear chit i used ..it dried up and pistols started rusting, in the safe...pure CRAP
