Diamond DB9

Does anyone have one and whats your opinion on them. PSA has a great sale at 179.00

A friend saw the add and called me asking about the gun and i told him i would look into it for him.

That is one gun company i know nothing about. I do not know anyone that owns one or ever had one.

Good or bad?

    I have the db380. Bought it new and a box of cheapo ammo. Right out of the box it failed to feed. Applied some Lucas gun oil and tried some Ruger ARX polymer bullets. Never failed again. After fifty or so rounds of polymer bullets, it now shoots the cheap stuff without fail.
    Knowing what I know now, I would by the db9 in a heartbeat.

    I have yet to see one that is reliable. This company makes boat accessories, these should be anchors

    I own one of the first ones built. It failed and was sent back. New slide installed ,tested. It is very very reliable. Only eats 115 and 124 gr ammo. No +P. That is a great bargain for a reliable piece. All they are are downsized glocks. Same mechanism.

    There are much better options out there that are reliable. The DB9 has been plagued with trigger issues, safety plunger issues, feeding issues. Beware they are not + p rated....in fact there?s a video out of a catastrophic failure after the 5th round of Corbon the guns lower half blew out and split the barrel. Have a friend who is an RO at a range and told me the two he has seen come in by people to target shoot, failures to feed like crazy with all kinds of ammunition.

    Sounds like the operator could not read. +P loads are not to be used... limp wrists will cause most auto pistols to fail. I have ran hundreds and hundreds of various rds.. white box, remington HP's, winchester HP's , and shot them till my hands was numb with not 1 issue. The gun weighs 11 oz and the recoil is very snappy. As I stated above it is a glock design.
