More Cougar Sightings.

quote:After two recent cougar sightings on Wayside Loop in Springfield, police and Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife officials have issued a new alert.

On Friday at 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., a cougar was spotted in the densely populated residential neighborhood around Robin Park, which is popular with children. The neighborhood is just south of Riverbend Hospital.

A neighborhood notification message was sent to residents in the area.

Predatory cats can be attracted to the sounds of children at play and police again warn parents and supervisors to be vigilant and to report any cougar sightings.

We have even had a Hunter who said two of them advanced on him he was able to kill one.

And here I live in the country and have not even seen one.

    Well that's why you aren't seeing any cougars.

    Where was it a lady let her lap dog out in the middle of the night, left the patio door open when the dog came back in because it was hot and a cougar came in a snatched the dog off of the end of the bed?
