Ever hit a Pot hole so Hard

your tire Pops the bead then Hit a rock that puts a hole in your rim. Just 25 miles from your destination. After traveling over 700 miles that day.

Well I did had to have the car towed to my sons. Then instead of family time, we had to search to find a rim. Which we were unsuccessful but his girl friend found a place that repairs them. They did a good job and I also needed a new tire and they did not charge an arm and a leg for.

Man I wish those Chevy Cruze Diesels cam with a spare. I am in the process now of trying to locate another rim so I can have a spare.

The 2014-15 Diesel Cruze uses a one off set of rims where the bolt pattern is different from any other car. Did not know that till this happened.

    Bad luck!! I put 70 thousand miles on a set of tires driving my KIA Sportage. All 70K without a single tire mishap or incident.

    Replaced the tires this past summer and just a day after they were installed, I pick up this NAIL in my passenger side rear!![:(!]

    Yep. Cracked a rim on my Audi a few years back.

    1st set of tires on the car went 55,000 not a single problem about 15,000 into this set and this happens. I cannot remember once ever even having to put the spare on a car in all the years I have been driving.

    This was also my 1st time needing a tow.

    If you would have seen where I was it was close to that too, Was out in the bad area of Bakersfield.

    One of the guys I work with had a pair of needle nose pliers in the road went through the tire and aluminum rim of his Audi.

    Hit some Railroad tracks with the left side and needed an Alignment I felt the pull so know I needed one. This time everything feels fine.
