The difference between a democrap and a commie?
I'm curious, can anyone explain the difference to me?? I don't think there is a difference. Am I right??

I would say they are leaning that way. I always thought of them as more of a social-ist but I am reevaluating my beliefs.
Social-ism vs Communism
Social-ism is commonly regarded as an economic system that seeks to achieve equality among members of society. Communism, on the other hand, is both an economic system that seeks equality among members of society and a political ideology that advocates a classless and stateless society and rejects religion. It is regarded as a more extreme form of Social-ism.
I would also argue that the (D)'s are kind of a melding of Fascist/Social-ist/Communist ideals.
Whatever they are their ideas are not good for this country.

They tell us they desire to tax us to the poor house.
They tell us they desire to spend us into the poor house.

The GOP achieves the same results, but tells us they do not wish to do what they do.
To the OP.
Communist governments seek to own the sources of production. Thus far the Democrats only seek to control it. More of a nationalized social list approach than communist, IMO.0 -

You have a poor grasp of the basic tenets of both Republicans and fascists. The two are almost diametrically opposed in their philosophies.

Like communism, DEMOCRATs believe government should control the means of production. They have made it clear of their contempt for the US Constitution, sovereignty of the states, and the end of capitalism.
IMHO, DEMOCRATs are far worse simply because they promote debauchery, despise and seek to destroy the nuclear family, want to destroy culture, want open borders/unfettered immigration, end all influences of Christianity, abhor personal responsibility, and want a society totally dependent on government0 -
I see our nation as being like an egg. A very fragile commodity of perfection. Both parties suck on this egg. The Dems want to get to the yolk center which is the richer part but does the most damage.
The Repubs are (so far) content to just hit upon the white outer layers.
These days, I see both not really being fair to the overall health of our egg. There are many individuals in each party that are only out for themselves!
And yes, my answer to that age old question about what came first, the chicken or the egg.
