Miss Panama
Born into Panama's Comarca Ngobe Bugle indigenous community, Rosa Montezuma is only too well aware of the challenges girls face getting an education and pursuing their dreams.
Now as Panama's first indigenous woman in the Miss Universe beauty pageant, Montezuma hopes to become an example to show others they can overcome prejudice and stereotypes.
"Indigenous women by nature are a little bit demure, hidden and submissive because of the culture we live in," Montezuma told the Thomson Reuters Foundation.
She comes from a very beautiful area of Panama just north of David in the mountains. The beaches on the Atlantic side are awesome and My Wife and I used to go there several times a year.
Panama is a great place and one my Favorite Duty Stations.
Now as Panama's first indigenous woman in the Miss Universe beauty pageant, Montezuma hopes to become an example to show others they can overcome prejudice and stereotypes.

If I didn't read that she came out of Panama I would've guessed India or Mid-East. Like Austin Powers "MOLE... MOLE... MOLEMOLEMOLE". Uncle Buck once told the school principal "here's a quarter, go get a rat to gnaw that off" not a fan of odd growth on faces.0 -

That facial mole has been adored for several centuries and has been called a "beauty mark" by many. The French (I believe) started using it during the mid to late 1700's and if it wasn't a natural born on a pretty face thing, a fake mole was applied using make up.
Our very own Marilyn Monroe brought back the beauty and sexyness of the facial mole and quite a few others have imitated her over the years.
As for me......I think Miss Panama is drop dead gorgeous![:p][:p][:p]0 -

Yeah like I'm gonna take a lesson on kink from the French.
Don't care for or understood why folks went ga-ga over Monroe either. She just seemed dim. If you ask me she kept the women folk in the kitchen for another few decades. This coming from a culture of making women folk walk three steps behind the fellers. Personally I think that's stupid for making it easy for the women to stab them in the back [:D].
Question. Do plastic surgeons slap a third nipple on people's faces? Pretty sure they scrape them off like turd under shoe. Other than the piercing communities doing the Monroe (also fugly) just making goth people seem more interesting.0 -
