Help with a Chrysler Pacifica, please...

This rig belongs to a friend of ours who was recently widowed and we're trying to get her car up and running for her. These are the codes the car is showing;

p0138 O2 circuit high voltage (Bank 1 sensor 2)

p0401 exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected

p0404 exhaust gas recirculation control range/performance

p0116 engine coolant temperature range/performance

She was driving it a couple days ago and the engine died. She was able to re-start and then get a little further down the road but then it went down again and wouldn't re-start. Any thoughts/advice to at least get it running enough to get it to a shop?

    reset all the codes after it has cooled down good and turn key to on but do not start, see if any codes come in and go from there, no codes try to start and see what happens.

    With the EGR flow insufficient and EGR recirculation code look at cleaning/replacing the EGR valve. The coolant temp code is the scary one, if she overheated it until it died not once but twice.

    Ask her was the check engine light steady or flashing.

    If flashing she may have cooked the engine.

    Thanks for the input, guys. Luckily for me, her normal mechanic pried a big hole in his schedule and got the car hauled into his shop to get it fixed.
    I used to be a pretty fair mechanic, but these new cars with more electronic systems than mechanical systems can befuddle me pretty quick. As my mechanic says, "Too many engineers"[:D]
