First one is sold...
Sold one of my 38 Supers to a long time friend. May have actually lost a bit on the deal but that's OK. I owed him and it breaks the selling ice. Local show next week and I have an SKS with over 1,000 rounds of ammo and I will take it and try to make a package deal. After that the auction lists will commence. Yes, I will post links when they are running.

Are you getting out of the 38 Super Business?
I am going to cull the heard and I am getting out of the 41 Magnum and 220 swift business............That right there is 8 guns[:0]
The SKS should do well. Depending on its make I would think 4-500 bucks. 1K of ammo is another 220-250 bucks easy.
I hope you have a cart to haul that around a Gun show[:D] I lunged an M1 a Springfield 1873 rifle and double barreled 12ga with 30" barrels around a gunshow once. By the end of the day I was going to give them away just to stop lugging them.0 -
Parting with the first one is the toughest, then you get in a rhythm. Good luck with your sales!!!
When I liquidated my prewar Colt and Winchester collection I hesitated at getting rid of my hunting guns even though I really don't hunt any more. So, I still have a mixture of hunting and plinking guns in the safe; a total of ten if I remember correctly.
My wife and I plan to have a table at the Fall TGCA show; I still have a bunch of parts, reference books, collector ammo, and reloading stuff to sell. Maybe even a hunting gun! [:0]0 -
still got an EAA tanfoglio compact 38 super...carry it when we go somewhere 0 -
Just remember this time of year is slow sales. Kids going back to school soon, an people going on vacation. Stick to your prices, I am at a show every weekend. The panic of buying is way over. So now its. I want to things buying.Fair prices an nice firearms are what sells. Also watch out for the leaches they seam to never leave the front doors of the shows,[:p] 0 -
Love my all steel EAA Witness in 38 Super as well. 0 -
Still have 2 more Supers.
Does 1,000 7.62x39 really go for that much> I was thinking of asking $100. Think I paid $59 for it.0 -

Depends who made it also. Is it old lead core Norinco ?
Steel core chi-com surplus ? some of it is very pricey these days...0
