Recurve Crossbow

I'm looking into getting a 100+ lb. draw crossbow to hunt with occasionally here in Wisconsin. Any good suggestions?

Criteria: Legally needs to be at least 100 lb. draw, Must be able to manually cock without a cocking device, and under $150.

  The OP title "Recurve Crossbow" led me to think that WI doesn't allow Compound crossbows for hunting. So I checked it out:

  Sig, you can use a compound crossbow, so if you come across one in your search and price range, you can use it to hunt. If you look at used crossbows, look very carefully at the limbs for any damage (dings and even minute cracks). If there is damage, it is potentially dangerous. The limbs can break and cause serious injury.
