    That's a serviceable entry level dedicated trap and skeet gun...

    Love the Magna porting...

    Great gun for killing clay pigeons and learning trap shooting - or as a teaching tool...

    I imagine that for not much investment you could replace the furniture with custom wood of a higher grade and possibly add an adjustable cheek piece...

    This one is worth watching or jumping on IMHO

    Can you describe the porting for us - I think it really adds value and usability to the piece.

    keeping watch nothing fancy but would make a decent old shotgun for my use
    back yard clay bird and pop can shooting [:D] for now still cheaper than a 870 express [:D]

    Just made a hasty mistake, and added info about it not being magna ported on the auction..when I never made mention of who done it..[B)]

    Either way no biggie. Pic number 4 shows 4 slots that are in each side of the barrel, but no idea as to "whodunnit"...[;)] IMO, slots are better than holes since they are easier to clean.

    These are special guns even if not pricey and the porting could not have been cheap and looks professional

    Good winter project to break clays or slay ptarmigan come spring

    it won't go crazy, its not that much of a gem. its a shotgun with a fixed choke, which isn't favored by the sporting clays crowd, and a 30 inch barrel, which isn't what the skeet shooters prefer.. with above average wood. but not deluxe by no means.

    I endorse it and like it and for the right price would cherish it and use it...

    For those with whom my opinions on firearms carries some weight - I recommend throwing in a bid and trying to give this gun a new home and a new life.

    the gun is a one trick pony so to speak. trap shooting, or dove hunting.. or safe queen. standard length shell offering, fixed full choke, long barrel.
    in present configuration, not much else is of value to the general shooter..
    my assessment is based on a multitude of shotguns owned and a lifetime of shotgun shooting in all target venues, and hunting big game, small game, waterfowl, and migratory birds with shotguns since age 7.

    if a winning price of 400 or less is tendered then its a good deal, if over that the buyer has a special use purpose in mind.
