ad blocker for smartphones😩

I downloaded ad blocker yesterday for my smartphone. Since then every time I hit the internet, within minutes my phone tells me that I have reached the maximum Windows allowed even though I have only opened one. The only thing that I have done different than in the past is have ad blocker... It seems that ad blocker is opening up multi Windows on my telephone. plus I have not seen a reduction in ads with it anyway...[V][V]

Guess I will uninstall ad blocker

    I don't know what you installed or what phone/browser you are running, good sir. But if it's Firefox on Android, you need uBlock Origin.

    uBlockOrigin is blocking 8 ads currently on this GB page.[:)]

    I'm still getting just as many ads With It Rocky. I guess it's really not that big of a bother to me.

    But I do appreciate the lead nevertheless...

    I use "naked browser" no problems. Sure, it lacks some of the fancy features, but it works good, and quick.

    I also have my phone rooted and most of the google crap removed and auto spyware removed.

    There's something wrong if you're getting ads with uBlock. Sometimes, it takes a few seconds to fully load when I open Firefox, but as soon as it does, I get nada, anywhere.

    Maybe that's the problem Rocky, I'm used to instant gratification where I snap my fingers and it happens...

    I'll give it a try for a couple days then I'll let you know if it's working for me.

    Just a thought, and probably unnecessary. But after you downloaded, did you go to your Firefox Add-Ins list and Enable it? Or check there to see that it Enabled automatically?
