  Strangely, one of the best hot chocolate mixes is the one in US MREs. The usual field use is to mix in the packet of instant coffee, the sugar, and the creamer to make GI mocha. Dang, it's good.
  
  Wifey buys some brand of sugar-free, fat-free mix that's simply godawful. When I want hot chocolate, I want it fully "leaded" and rich. Don't drink it often because it is so rich. Moderation.
