Putting it on easier than taking it off.
Down another 3 pounds this morning after being stuck for 6 weeks with no loss. I have now lost 145 pounds. Sad part is I still have a ways to go.
When I reach my goal I will post before and after photos. It's rather shocking.

I found that eliminating carbs worked best for me. Meat, eggs, cheese, all protein. No potatoes, pasta, bread, etc. This made my diet very bland and boring after a while and I started to eat less simply because I didn't want to eat the same boring food. One day a week I splurge with a sandwich and some sugary treat. Since my heart surgery I have added some salads to the menu as healthy and fairly low carb. 0 -
