Kavanaugh IS guilty of not voting. How on earth can someone who claims to be for the Constitution not avail themselves of their right, privilege and DUTY to this nation?

This places his Wisdom in question. Don't know why you would want such a liberal on the court.

What Trump does next will seal his fate for 2020.

    By not voting, no one can accuse him of bias. His job in this country is to interpret the Constitution.

    Probably because he realized that if he DID vote, some lowlife jackwagon would come along and scream "BIAS" towards the 'party' he voted for. Kind of the same thing when someone comes along and gives him crap about NOT voting. Lose-Lose situation.

    You can blame this on the democraps again. These "hearings" started up in the early 50's they used to just send an affidavit in and maybe see the guy for a few hours.

    If he is going to be threatened by what people may think, he is not fit.

    Also, on another note, because of this hearing, he is not fit to be on the court. Guilty or not, he is biased toward any case of this nature that should come before him.

    The republicans dropped the ball. This should not have happened and it did. The repubs and Dems were both in on this, and the repercussion will be devastating.
