On a cheese kick for some odd reason. Picked up some Havarti with dill, mmmm. Also some Chipotle Gouda, spicy good.

So today I ran across some Spanish Mahon, which was quite nice. Speaking with the Cheese lady at the store, I inquired about some Lindburger and they were out.

Then I remembered Brick Cheese.

Got me some and getting ready to munch out. Brick my Brick CHEESE. MMMMM
