Major Verizon outage
Major Verizon cell outage centered in/around DC and north of Philly. 63% cell service down, 13% everything down. Ah, nice and quiet for awhile. Hmmm, I wonder what's really going on? Gimme a good conspiracy.

Looks like its down in all major metro areas.
Maybe its the signal to start the ball rolling[:p]
BTW I just got a Colt Combat Commander in 45acp! I paid a little too much but Its nice.
I got it because I have an unused Sam Andrews McDaniel II holster for it[:D]
I think I am going to go old school and start CCW'ing old school iron in what is probably the 2nd or 3rd best IWB holster in the world. I would for sure put it in the top 5.
I have one for my G19/32 but I switched to the Alessi which I would put as the #1 IWB. Milt Sparks SS in right up there too.0 -

Sounds like a good match with your Commander. Getting the new holster broken in may take awhile but, in the end, it?ll be a great combo.
Many days I?d much prefer to carry the BHP or Kimber (early Pro Carry) but I?ve been sticking with the G19. I carry one for work all day and this way, no matter where or when, I always have the same gun, same place, not even a second of hesitation what I?m carrying at the time or where it?s holstered. The 19 ain?t pretty and it?s bulkier than most but I?m just used to it at this point. (Agree, the Alessi is a nice rig.)0 -
