Tranny denied Brazilian Wax

Seems a few spas are being sued by a tranny for not doing a Brazilian wax, which is actually a manzilion wax in this case.

Poyer did not have the supplies or training to perform a ?Manzilian? wax job. ?As such, she is unqualified and unable to provide the service.?

Sounds like the Colorado baker thing all over again. GB calls them happy, but they are by far the most unhappy people on the planet.

    Make the appointment. Have plenty duct tape on hand. Should not have a return visit.

    Heck I will do it for the poor litigious fellow. I can't remember, how hot do you have to heat roofing tar before it melts??

    IIRC, Canada is a loser pays country, meaning it would have to pay most, if not all of the defendants' legal costs if it lost. Don't see how it has a case when 3 shops agreed to take on the job.

    Wrong answer; when asked if they do Brazilians, the response should have been, "Miss, we only do Canadians, we don't do Brazilians, Venezuelans, or Colombians."

    But seriously, this is obviously how shim earns a living. Would the plaintiff fill out the "occupation" box on a form as "tranny hustler"?
