Drain the Swamp, so why the...

...stopping of the leaks? Seems we want to drain the swamp let's do it.

Conspiracy Theory: Are the Elite Politicians grooming the sheeple? If they make a big show of stopping the leaks, then they can scurry and scheme in the shadows and nobody will know.

If my boat were leaking, I would pull it from the water and dump it out. If water left the boat via the leak, so much the better.

Then patch it and put it back in the water.

The swamp is far from drained, so what is all the to do about plugging the leaks?
