Today Was Hard

We told our familys that Mom/Grandma/Great grandma had cancer. I will be going to Chapel Hill Thursday and rattle a few cages and find out why Mom has not heard from the Oncologist in 10 days.

Her family doctor told her 10 days ago that she had cancer and he was making an appointment at UNC for her. My sister wsamem lives with has called Moms family doctor Friday, Monday and today and she still does not have an appointment.

I know the head of radiation and chemo along with my head and neck oncologist. Along with many nurses who can make things happen.

I feel like 10 days is plenty to at least get an appointment. Waiting 10 days to make an appointment is different.
