Going to check out for awhile
Vertigo is bad - nausea is coming on hard.
Pain has increased to the point that my legs are pretty much gone and walking has become difficult.
I am taking some meds and laying down in the dark for awhile...
Will check in later.

I will be OK.
It's just irritating - I have been sleeping much better (without sleep meds) and trying to keep a regular set sleep cycle / schedule (trying to make it through the overnight without pain meds)
I have made an effort and had success cutting back my daily pain med intake - trying to rely on a time release new twice a day
I had a very active week and have done quite a bit of walking
Physical therapy days still leave me pretty bad off but that's to be expected
For some reason today was pretty bad - and I had to take the full panoply of pain meds as well as the anti nausea and vertigo stuff

Mike i hope things get better quick.
My Mom and i both get vertigo pretty bad. When i got my knees replaced in December last year the PT lady and i were talking and somehow vertigo came up and she told me there is a way for them to make it go away.
Most of the time it will not come back.
Everybody has these rocks or stones in their head and sometimes they move to where they should not be and that causes vertigo.
A person who is a good physical therapist can manipulate your head and get everything back to where they should be.
Prayers David0
