i am getting totally sick or and fed up with the so called "judges" in this country BLOCKING everything/every agency that responds to the illegals breaking our LAWS........and declaring ILLEGALS immune to our laws and legal system....seems the illiterate, peasantry , diseased, criminal and economic refugees who want better/quicker than their own failed country can quickly shower upon them have immutable rights superceding those of our own citizens, veterans, and taxpayers of AMERICA..immediately granted to them by numerous "judges" here in this country...time for a judicial house cleaning with NO lifetime appointments

I heard a commentator yesterday said that since Obama created immigration policy with executive order Trump should be able to uncreate it without judicial interference.
Makes sense to me.0 -

From the document that set the stage for US Independence:
'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.'
All men, US citizens or otherwise are born with basic human rights. To not accept this is to reject the premise of our founding.
All men, however, are not granted access to the sovereign ground of the United States of America. This is the conundrum faced by these judges, and it is a legitimate concern, though one that should be decided by practical instead of political consideration.
If all individuals are endowed with these unalienable rights, and an individual is attempting to transit to a place where these rights are protected by Government rather than squashed by Government, is it within the power of the first government to send that one individual back to that second government where said individual's rights will be taken?
To state that it is perfectly within the rights of a government that protects an individual's natural rights to discard those rights by deporting an individual back to the control of a government where those rights are not protected places one in the position of denying the premise that these rights are natural. By extension, we are stating that these rights are a creation of government instead of being an endowment of our creation.
From a practical standpoint, however, we know we do not have the capacity to accept every human on the planet who wishes to have their unalienable rights protected by our government, therefore we are forced to chose whom we allow such protection. We are therefore placed in a position by necessity to pick and choose where we extend the protection of that which should be inalienable, placing us in the sad position of determining which individual's inalienable rights actually are not.0 -
