Smart phone camera & rifle scope,,
Was watching the outdoor chanel,and they were doing special youth hunts in Texas for handicap kids. This in itself is outstanding and needs to be applauded.
One thing in particular that caught my attention was the use of a cell phone with the scope. Best I could guess is they had the cell phone on camera mode and placed that on a holder that attached to the scope. The phone was at aprx place of proper eye relief. This projected the sight picture of the scop onto the phone screen to allow the hunter to aim and make his shot.
I found this to be incredible. Has anyone here seen or heard of this method? Did I describe it correctly?

Look up rat shooting with pellet rifles on YouTube there are all kinds of mounts to attach smart phones to scopes. 0
