An OIG audit has recovered federal funds and made arrests. I know it's only a tiny start, but at least it's a start. They also need to start going after bigger players

It is a fart in a hurricane money wise but unless someone can prove different I think it shows Trump, compared to Obama, is doing his best to root out swamp dwellers and flush them into jail.
