    I personally don't think it is fair to go back 36 years with unproven allegations.

    However, if that is where you want to take this discussion, this previously unreleased photo from 1982 is the reason why Senator Charles Schumer of NY, and Senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey, can never be on the Supreme Court.
