My Sexual Harassment Suite
My wife and i went to a Nascar race and camped out Fri and Sat night for the races.
A person i grew up with and played on the same football team was at the race with some girl that was not his wife. We hung out all weekend and partied.
On Monday i was walking with Gary to show him a job i needed him to do.
As we were walking through the plant a saw Kassie (Brents wife)and asked her why she did not go to the races with Brent. She told me it was not lady like to go to races.
Less than 30 minutes later i was called into the war room and was being questioned why i harassed a young lady.
If it was not for Gary being there they would have fired me on the spot. I found Gary and we walked over to her desk and i asked what i did to her and she said i upset her and she could not work in that enviroment.
I had know Kassie and Brent my whole life. I never spoke to Kassie again after that. She would say hi and i would keep on walking. She was friends with my wife and when she would come to my house i would go fishing or hunting.

Any more I hate working with women. I worked about a year with a woman who was trolling for a lawsuit. My supervisor said she is trolling for a lawsuit and don't get caught by her alone in the office and the company will not support me if she makes an accusation.
How do you do your job when you know a woman can make an accusation any time?
Later I was working a different job where they hired a woman in her early 30's. She was very attractive and a great personality. My gut said there is something wrong with this woman and stay away from her. She was also too friendly for my opinion. I thought she was possibly trolling for a lawsuit.
After 10 months she went on a sick leave and quit 2 months later. Turned out at her last job, her live in boyfriend blew his brains out while she was in the other room. She was really hurting and needs a friend.
I hate what society had done. You can't just be friends with a woman in the workplace. You have to suspect the worst and not let your guard down. Unfortunately sometimes you find a person who needs a friend.0 -

I got fired from a job once for sexual harassment...
I was working for a plumbing outfit as a truck driver/heavy equipment operator. they sent me over with a plumber to install a septic tank and leach field. Anyway we get there, me driving the semi with the backhoe on it, and him driving his service van. I dug the whole with the backhoe to put be septic tank in, and tell him to jump down and finish Digging It Out by hand to make it level well I start digging the leech field.. He asked me if I had a shovel, I asked him where his shovel is on his van, he said he lost it. So I go to my semi and grab a shovel. this went on all day me telling him what to do and him asking me for tools such as pipe wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, Etc, that he should have on his van that he did not, and I luckily had those tools in my semi. I say luckily because I don't use them, so I shouldn't really have to carry them.
Anyway, sometime in the afternoon he asked me for another tool. And after about the 10th or 11th time of him asking me for a tool that he should have, I jokingly asked him if he wanted me to come over to his house tonight and make love to his wife, because I'm sure he doesn't have the tools to do that either...[:0][:0][B)][B)]
He turned me in for saying that, and I got fired for sexual harassment.[B)][B)][V][V]
Anyway they gave me two weeks severance pay when they fired me. And told me to come back and apply for the same position in 2 weeks and I'll get my job back. I told them I appreciate it and I appreciate the severance pay. But if they want me to come back, I'll need more than the 2 weeks severance pay for the time off to come back.
So they sweetened the pot to 4 weeks severance pay, and a $5 an hour raise if I would come back in two weeks. I went back. When I got back I thanked the the plumber that got me fired for getting me 4 weeks severance pay for two weeks off and a $5 an hour raise...[:D][:D][:D]
He quit a week after that[:D][:D]
It sure is nice when you're so good your employer doesn't think you're replaceable][^][^][^]
And yes, my harshness is not just a Persona I put on for here...[^]0 -

Putting the whole "wife" thing aside, I want to question the above.
From the start, I don't see where gender should have any bearing on who your friends are but, and it's a bug But in my book, if Brent was fooling around on the side I'd have told him to go pound sand.
Yes, I'm that big of an jerk a ss hole. If someone can't keep their morals/values in a somewhat straight line, they can find someone else to associate with.

The last job I held before I retired was as the Chief Detective of a Law Enforcement agency.
I had several females Investigators who worked for me over the years. Some were pretty good, and like the male Investigators some were down right awful. You really had to have your ducks in a line if you tried to fire one, or even apply a corrective counseling to them.
I never allowed a female Investigator to wear a dress in the office unless they were going to be testifying in court that day. You never knew when they were going to be required to back up anther officer, and its hard to handcuff someone with their dress flipped up over their head.
One particular female Investigator was always looking for an angle on how to get out of something. She didn?t want to write a report, trying to get another Investigator to do her interviews, or surveillance.
The straw that broke the camels back with her was that I instructed her what she needed to do to obtain a warrant for a no knock entry into a dwelling. I told her that even if she thought she knew the address, that I wanted her to drive by the house, and make sure the address on the building was the exact address that was typed up on the warrant that got signed by the judge. Well, guess what, she didn?t & the entry team went to the wrong house one door down from the intended dwelling.
I took a lot of flack over this and it rolled down hill to her. I kept her on a very short leash after that. What I earned from her was her spreading the rumor around the department that I hated women. She said I didn?t like seeing them in dresses, and expected them to dress & act like the men they worked with.
I had several of my supervisors, and coworkers ask we at various times through the years I worked there why I didn?t like women, and I had to defend myself. I always told them that I expected them to pull their weight, and that I don?t put them on a pedestal just because they are what they are. If they can?t do the job, then get out of the job, and let someone who can; do the job. After all I married a female, had four daughters, and grew up with seven sisters, so being a female doesn?t earn them points from me, but doing their job, and doing it well dose.
A few years before I retired I had to deal with a Union issue & complaint from two females that worked for me. When the Union president and I sat down for a meeting the first thing she said to me was that it was well known that I didn?t like females. I went absolutely ballistic, and kicked her a$$ out of my office. I went to my supervisor, and told him, and said I never wanted to have to deal with her sorry butt ever again. I filed a complaint against her, but it never went anywhere. She later retired, and they moved one of my male Investigators into her position, but that?s an entirely different post.
The past Union president lives nearby, and we bump into each other every so often. I wouldn?t go out of my way to give her the time of day.
After all I hate women don?t I?...[}:)]

where I use to work you never knew see it so many times carry on for months years then a gal would take some one to HR just because
even during a class one day one of the top HR guys gave us examples and said no matter what all it takes is one day some one for what ever reason flips
just one he explained a gal would come to the morning meeting every day smack / grab th eguys butts and say good morning XXXX fill in the name(s)
one day one of the fellows flipped around grabbed a hand full of (.)(.) and she did not say a word went right to the office the fellow I think ended up with time off but all the guys told the same story about the good morning ritual

Yep, that's why I give a person a chance no matter what anybody else says about them... I can make up my own mind what kind of person he/she is. I don't need to have somebody else to make up my own mind. 0
