CC Vest

Bought a real heavy buffalo C C vest. It had a very deep pocket on both sides. There are two straps on the inside left. One looks like a strap for a magazine. The other is about two or three in wide. So is that to put your pistol in or does the pistol just lay in the bottom of the pocket? Seems like if it just lays there it will move around a lot and not very easy to wear. But the wide strap is a pain to get the pistol in. Just about have to take the vest off to get it in. Am I missing something here? How do you carry in a leather vest for CC ? I am using a Glock 30

    Yhea that's kind of what I am finding out. I was wondering if there is some type of holster a person hook up inside with that other strap? And I may find out like you that after I do get it figured out it just wont be worth the trouble with my Glock 30

    Sounds like a poor code quality CC vest. All the ones I've seen as an inside pocket on either side with universal holsters that are removable inside them that are attached by Velcro
