12 Ga Lee Loader

I just got a 12 Ga. Lee loader without instructions and I must be dune or something but I don't see how to put in a primer with this thing. It looks complete but not sure ,other Lee loaders have tool to place primmer on, this one doesn't ? Thanks for any help.

  There is a capper rod that has a hole in the end. Place primer open end up on a hard surface, put de-primed case on primer, use the rod to push case down on the primer with your mallet.
