    Trying to claim that a mortality rate proves that diphtheria was decreasing may be accurate.

    It is the wrong tool to use to try to prove that, unless diphtheria has a case fatality rate (cfr) of 100%.

    It doesn't.


    But pseudo-science is kind of like honey badger....he don't care.
