When the cases gets assign to a District Judge he/she will be handpicked by the district attorney or mayor.
Come on Waco the justice system is rigged and you get as much justice in America that you can buy! Just ask O.J. and his dream team!
Better yet look at Jesus and how he was set up by the powers to be. It's all about compiling to rule of law
But they can ignore the rule of law & here's an example illegal immigrants turned loose with criminal records! No money to be made on poor criminals
The Republicans deserve to lose again and Trump will do it for them!

Everyone knows the concept of conflict of interest. From what I understand you can't even get on a jury if you have a family member who works for local law enforcement!0 -

That's because he is appointed as Grand Jury Foreman while your attorney in a criminal case will strike any law-enforcement individual,in other words the king's men still prevail in appointments.
All elected officials are bought by the system with money and artful representation. We have become what we tried to escape in Europe in 1700's.
