    If he broke no civil laws by having it in his car and it wasn't on school property......he's going to get rich.[:D] The big question is the civil laws in his city/state and how they classify a air rifle.[:(!]

    Contra Costa county CA found a 45 ASP by am illegal search of a car owned by a 17 year old Mexican who was born in the U.S. of illegal parents, he was kept in jail for one year, denied legal council, besides the weapon, he was erroneously charged with being a gang member, and being in the country illegally, this was overturned because he was born in the U.S., he had absolutely no police record, his gang membership was complete police fiction. He was released after 465 days in county lockup.

    I don't give a damn if their country doesn't want them back ...why should we solve their/our criminal and social problems by deferring to their wishes...load em on a boat and kick them ashore at the southern end of their country
