Is that for all customers are just FFl's?I know if you bring a ghost gun to a repair center and it stays overnight it must be serialized by the dealer but I don't know if that is only for FFL's or is That anyone who stores a ghost gun for repairs.
It's really getting to be minefield out there! If I give away a ghost gun can I still be in violation? Sound more like back door gun registration.What if you have a war trophy from grandpa and it's got a serial number is that good enough or what?
