Exactly. Spending more money to fix a problem the DEMOCRAT supermajority created themselves rather than change the law.
Amazing in itself Prop 47 was called 'The Safe Neighborhood & Schools Act" Since felonies were reduced to misdemeanors, perps dont even go to jail.
If the citizens of CA really want safe schools and neighborhood along with less crime, they should start by not voting DEMOCRAT.

What a shame, California used to sound cool to me and I always wanted to visit but what a cesspool it has become. Couldn’t pay me to step foot across the border. Maybe one day we will take it back, we really need to.
