I Have Sinned

I am cleaning up my office to make room for stuff I have coming in next week and I just threw away 20 beautiful,

nickel plated, once fired, Remington .45 Colt brass. I have too many little piles of stuff.

    In the free pile corner for customers. When cleaning out units in the mobile home park, I would set stuff out next to the road they left and put a sign on it... Free... Hours later everything would be gone. Got to a point folks would ask me if anything is coming up to be put out.

    I have a buddy who set a tv out with a free sign and the next day it was still there. He ran an extension cord and screwed on an antenna, turned it on and it was gone in less than an hour. That's what you call salesmanship. Oh, sorry. Salespersonship.

    I took a TV to a Walmart in the back of my truck yrs ago and it was gone before we got inside. However the thieves did not know lightning had made it non functional . Way better than taking it to the dump.

    I replaced my Sis-in-laws gas range a couple of months ago on Sunday. Set the old one out by the curb thinking I would swing by the next day and haul it off. Sis-in-law called me before I got home to tell me that a man rang her doorbell asking about it. She told him to help himself, and voila, gone! I hope he got a few bucks for it at the recycler.

    I took two screen doors and left them at the end of our driveway by the mailbox one afternoon and someone stopped and got them before I got back to the house.
