    I have three Daughter in Laws to give gifts to. Having no daughters of my own It's fun to for me to do this. I usually have that chore wrapped up by this time but I'm having trouble getting in gear this year. Since I don't give gift cards or money I better be getting busy I reckon. Oh yes. I have four sons and a couple grown step grandsons I give gifts to also, but that's easy you can give guys anything.

    Before the upcoming so called liquor shortage.. I am made a trip to the new liquor store in town. I could not understand the foreign tongued owner but managed to buy some Southern Comfort and some Rum for the rum cakes.

    we have used a fake tree majority of the time real trees mostly when our kids were at the age Christmas was still magical ( very young ) there is a Christmas tree farm not far from us maybe 2 miles as the crow fly's, but I heard the closed it down a couple years back just too much of a headache and not much profit for the efforts was rumor I heard . makes sense .

    last several years we have not even put up a tree or decorations for that matter just the wife and I the effort has out weighed the decorating . my wife use to go all out on every holiday the yard trees and house and did a good job ( yes I helped a little )

    like most all of you I will guess its became to much a huge sales event thanksgiving night the stores are loading down the places with Christmas goods

    but I say we enjoy it while we can the path were on the left will declare it raciest and ban it or just call it white privilege

    Wondering if Biden will have one at the White House. Let's all see if he is compliant with cutting down a tree since he is so Earth Friendly
