Obviously (and he says as much) if other co-conditions are present the protocol will change somewhat, but this appears to be appropriate for otherwise healthy individuals, and likewise explains why otherwise healthy individuals have problems with the disease.

I'm no doctor obviously, but It makes perfect sense to me, and appears to be working. YMMV.

I share this so you can have a discussion with your PCP if, God forbid, you're a person unfortunate enough to come down with covid or any of the variants. One of the nice things about this protocol is that it is entirely consistent with presented symptoms, whereas with some of the other things you've heard about are "off label" recommendations and usages.

this does explain many of the reports I've heard in which a person seems to improve and suddenly gets worse ending up hospitalized(and/or dead).

Sounds like this protocol should have been used on 5 million more people than it has.

IIRC it was about four years ago (give or take) we seen and treated several people for the flu that got better fast then went backwards with many developing pneumonia. Their flu test was positive but I can't remember if it was influenza A of B. Now I'm wondering if a reaction to the spike protein from the flu virus was the cause. It was very similar to what this doctor described, though fatality rates would have been lower than with the COVID-19 virus.

Just a switched that flipped in my head when I watched the video.

Could be. I don't remember that happening but I didn't pay much attention to it.
