We've always had three admins: Captain Kirk, Captain Fun and nunn; then Captain Fun, nunn, and myself.
After Captain Fun moved on to greener pastures, it was just nunn and I. This worked until this year when nunn was under the weather due to surgery and COVID. At that point, Joe became acting admin. When I went on vacation this year (I had no vacation at all in 2020), it was obvious to me that we needed the third admin position restored.

An aircrew allowance is included. I have forum members Rocky Rabb (USAF) and Scooterdriver (naval aviator) on retainer. Note that despite it's impressive size, only the top level of my 747 has passenger accommodations. The lower level is completely devoid of seating, which allows me to ride my unicorn while in flight.
