Does selecting "Force Complete" mean the sale is complete?

Sorry, new tpo GB and working my way to smoothing things out. Does selecting "Force Complete" on the option tab a way of saying the sale is complete? Thx in advance

  That's the way I understand it but I am frequently wrong. I HAVE done it on certain auctions.
