had a gunshow in town this weekend.......
I went up saturday morning hoping to find some powder, I am almost out of unique which I use for all my shotgun and pistol. I couldn't find any at the morgantown show I did few weeks back, and they didn't have any at this show either though there were a lot of relaoding supplies, I would say at least half the tables had some sort of dies, powder or primers on the table. finally found a pound of varget, $48 but I load all my rifles with it so I wanted to keep the same loads. I still have about a 1/3 pound of unique, which will probubly last me the rest of my life, but I would still like to find a pound just to feel safe. I know it is all over the internet, but by the time you pay shipping and hazmat it is close to the $75 dollar range. guess it will give me a reason to wander around a few more gun shows this spring........

What were primer prices like?

anywhere from $25 per hundred for CCI to $10 per hundred for some german brand I never heard of, and this on side by side tables!!!!! most in the $15 dollar range winchester, CCI's

I was at a gun show a couple of weeks ago that must have been for the wealthy..22 shorts=$25. a box. Primers $150 per thousand.Marlin model 60=$400.

I have about 3 pounds of Unique on hand. I use it all the time for my pistols. I have no trouble finding it at the gun shows. Next gun show, I will look for some for you. When I head south, I will try to deliver it to ya. Cost you a cup of coffee.

If you need some Unique I have a 13oz can that was damaged in moving out the gunsmith shop. You are welcome to it for free. Just pm. I can not sell a damaged container.

I use to like to wander around gunshows but with having to pay to park and admission I dont feel like I am getting my moneys worth anymore.

knock on wood, they haven't started to charge for parking around here yet, and $6-8 in the normal for addmission, still a cheap way to kill a few hours for me.....

we have a big show this weekend at the Ky Fair and Expo center $12 for parking $15 for admission
