ever see an upside down rainbow???????
On drive home the other day noticed one over the river, it was only about 1/4 to 1/3 of a full rainbow but it was arced the other way like a smile. did some googling and found out they are caused by ice instead of rain, must have been some hail in the thunderstorm that caused this one. Only one I have ever seen...........

Yep, rainbows are circular, so you must have seen the bottom end.
