original model 12 buttplate value.......
I see the reproduction ones for sale for $20, mine is an original off l2ga is it worth any more than a reproduction ?

Depends on the condition. IIRC, the repro one's are slightly larger, so they can be ground to fit. Yours might not fit some guns exactly.

IMO about the same as most originals have wear and there was millions made.

thanks , thats what I figured but didn't want to give it away if it was really worth 3-4 times as much.
