my father is Fideau
Hi all, new here. My Dad(Fideau) lost his brother on Friday from cancer. Early Sunday morning, he was talking to my mom about the arrangements and had a heart attack. He's in the hospital in a medically induced sedated state and is fighting for his life. We could use all the prayers you guys can give us. I know he's been a member of this message board for a long time and I just wanted to let you guys know in case some of you noticed him missing for a bit. I'll try and update you guys if I can, and if it isn't against the rules or if anybody cares. Thank you.

Sorry, been a lot going on. Mom's gonna be moving him to comfort care in the next day or 2. He hasn't improved any at all other than breathing on his own without being on the ventilation machine. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. I know whenever I came over to their house and walked in his office, 9 times out of 10 he was on here looking at something.

New update: so Mom had him taken off of everything last Friday, and moved into the hospice unit at Duke. Dad is a fighter. He's still making it thru the days with his vitals still good but still being non responsive. I honestly don't know how much longer he's gonna be here. Hes the strongest person i know. Thank you guys and gals so much for everything.
