    Oh, they're not saying you can't have a gun. Just trying to make it darned near impossible to get ammo--totally different approach.

    Article 1, Section 24 of Washington’s Constitution states: “The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself, or the state, shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain or employ an armed body of men.”

    I am not seeing how this squares with the Constitution of the state of Washington.

    We need to continue to increase awareness of this fact: The BOR is a listing of specific restrictions on the federal government's activities, not a listing of rights they granted citizens, which ultimately they can revoke or reframe.
