I like the lines. You can definitely see who it's ancestor was!

I have an old one waiting to be restored when son-in-law has his shop ready to receive it.

Interesting…….. My neighbor worked for IH in the late 60's and early 70's…… He always drove a Scout or one of their larger vehicles as part of his job.. First time I went "4 wheeling" was with him when I was a kid. He used to take me hunting and snowmobiling.

About as close as that thing will ever come on dirt. I prefer fuel for overlanding. that might be fine if you're tootling around town like a 65MPH golf cart. Also they really need solar panels. The battery extender (which is a good idea).

My son showed me a picture of one. Said that will be his next vehicle.
We had a Scout II when I was a kid. I loved that thing.

When they bring one out as a true hybrid (gas/electric) I'd be more interested.

It's sure a neat looking car. But 2027? I'll look forward to the thread update 😃

Going to make them up the road from me in Blythewood SC . They don't even have the buildings completed yet.

Hopefully they don't inherit the rust problem of the old binders

At least the old ones had enough real steel in 'em that they could rust for 20 or 30 years before it caused any issues!

My first vehicle was a 72 Scout. Turned into a real rust bucket.
