Cimarron and Gun manufacturer Warranty ?
I just bought a new Cimarron 45colt Pistolero and need to send it back because of a slight timing issue ( one cylinder notch won't lock up very well/tight with hand ) Cimarron informed me that it could take about to 12 weeks to get it repaired and possibly up to several months if they have to order parts from Italy. I've never had to do this ( warranty claim ) with a new firearm so I'm wondering if this is the norm??!!

My only warranty item with an importer was about that bad.

Welcome to the world of Italian replicas. Most are OK, but the incidence of problems is rather high, in my opinion.

You might get better service from Uberti who actually made it?
