  Simple;
  
  If I were a resident of California, I would ignore it.
  
  I would drive across the state line to purchase ammunition, and I would be spending a great deal of time reloading my own ammunition.

  There will be a legal challenge to this law in the next 6 months. There are flaws in the law, as written, that conflict directly with pre-existing Federal regulations. Say bye bye AB962....
